TALLAHASSEE, FLA., (www.franchisesportsonline.net) – Florida State High Seminoles will go up against North Florida Christian Eagles on Friday at Florida High at 7:30 p.m.
The Seminoles (4-1) are coming off a 45-8 win over Gadsden County Jaguars (0-5). Florida State junior quarterback Bryson Hill finished the game with four completions on eight attempts for 65 yards and one touchdown. Sophomore running-back Alfred Menjor ended the game with seven carriers for 95 yards. Junior running back Willie Taggart Jr. rushed for ten yards with three carriers and one touchdown. Taggart Jr. also contributed at quarterback throwing the ball four times and completing them all for 58 yards.
Seminoles sophomore receiver Ahmari Harvey ended the game with three catches for 110 yards and two touchdowns. Senior Raymond Woodie added 30 yards and one catch.
Junior linebacker Jacob Massey led the team in tackles, finishing with eight total. Adding to the mix with seven tackles was sophomore linebacker, Amarrie Harris.
North Florida Christian (4-2) is coming off a huge 30-0 win versus South Walton Seahawks (3-3). The Eagles freshman quarterback Drew Fauort ended the game with seven completions on seven attempts for 157 yards and two touchdowns. Junior running back Jonathan Riley finished the game with 16 carries for 76 yards and two touchdowns. Senior cornerback T.J ward led the team in tackles with a total of seven.
The Seminoles average 28 points a game compared to the Eagles 20.
