In their last game of the season, the Jailbreak Betties look to even out the series against the Mississippi Rollergirls.

TALLAHASSEE, FLA. – The Jailbreak Betties (4-2) look to get a win over the Mississippi Rollergirls this Saturday, August 18th, at the North Florida Fairgrounds.

Mississippi handed the Betties a very physical, narrow 148-122 loss when these teams met in May. The Betties are looking to even the series up and with both teams playing a fast paced, physical game, this is a bout not to miss.

This bout will not only be one of two of their last bouts, but will also benefit The Refuge House.

The mission of the Refuge House is to provide direct services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and to their children and families, as well as to work to eliminate such violence through community education and public advocacy. The Tallahassee RollerGirls were recently announced to their first WFTDA South Central Regional Playoff. Capital Punishment will close out their home season against the Charlotte Rollergirls on August 25th at Tallahassee Skate Inn.
